What Vibecache is
Vibecache is a personal side project that publishes a small set of open-source AI-native software templates. Each template lives in its own GitHub repository, licensed under MIT (or whatever license the repo states, which will be MIT unless otherwise noted). The Vibecache site itself is proprietary source code, published publicly for transparency — it lists what's available, renders READMEs, and links you to the underlying template repos.
Using the templates
Templates come with their own license. If a template is MIT (which all of them are today), you can use it commercially, modify it, redistribute it, and combine it with your own code, subject to the terms of that license. Read the LICENSE file in each repo.
We don't guarantee that any template fits your use case, runs without bugs, or doesn't require modification. Templates are released as-is. You're responsible for reviewing the code before deploying it anywhere that matters.
Using the site
The site is free. No account is required to browse, read READMEs, or download templates. The newsletter is opt-in only — you decide whether to give us your email.
Don't do things that would obviously break the site for other people: aggressive scraping, automated abuse of the download proxy, attempts to overwhelm the demo sandbox (when one exists). If you're curious about how something works, just email us.
No warranties
Vibecache and every template it publishes are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will be available, accurate, secure, or free of bugs. We don't promise any template will work in your environment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibecache and its maintainer aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the site or any template. The site is free; the templates are free; you take them at your own risk.
Changes
We may update these terms as the project evolves. Material changes will move the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
